Director of Sales, SLED & ITS US

About the Role

Actelis Networks is seeking a results-driven Director of Sales, SLED & ITS. The Director of Sales will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing business opportunities, and executing sales strategies tailored to state and local government (SLED) and intelligent transportation systems (ITS) markets in the Southeast region. Key responsibilities include managing the sales process, building and fostering client relationships, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, leading sales operations, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions to meet client needs.

What You’ll Do

  • Own and grow revenue across an assigned Southeast territory, meeting or exceeding annual sales quota
  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within SLED, Smart Cities, Education, and ITS markets
  • Build and maintain strong executive-level relationships within customer and partner organizations
  • Develop and execute territory and account plans aligned to company growth objectives
  • Drive indirect revenue through channel partners while managing select strategic direct accounts
  • Maintain a rolling 12–24 month pipeline with accurate forecasting and deal strategy
  • Clearly articulate Actelis’ differentiated value proposition to technical, operational, and executive buyers
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales engineering, support, and leadership teams
  • Manage all account activity in HubSpot, ensuring data accuracy and pipeline visibility
  • Travel up to 50% domestically, including participation in industry conferences and trade shows

 

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of SLED and/or ITS sales experience
  • Proven success selling Layer 2 / Layer 3 fiber or hybrid networking solutions
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
  • Experience working with channel-driven sales models, including partners and integrators
  • Track record of consistently achieving or exceeding annual revenue targets of $2M+
  • Confident, self-directed, and highly accountable sales leader
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and deal-closing instincts
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, growth-oriented environment
  • Strong technical acumen with prior experience working for a networking equipment manufacturer

Marketing Manager

About the Role

Actelis Networks is seeking a results-driven Marketing Manager to lead integrated, multi-channel marketing programs that accelerate brand awareness, demand generation, pipeline growth, and revenue. This is a hands-on, highly visible role that partners closely with Sales, Product, and Executive leadership.

The ideal candidate is both strategic and execution-focused—someone who can build programs from the ground up, optimize performance through data, and thrive in a fast-growing B2B technology environment.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Marketing Strategy & Campaigns – Own and execute integrated marketing campaigns aligned with revenue and pipeline goals – Manage multi-channel programs across email, paid media, social, content, events, and web – Align closely with Sales on messaging, personas, and lead management – Support internal and external communications, thought leadership, and brand visibility
  • Demand Generation & ABM – Lead Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs for priority accounts – Drive lead generation through email nurtures, webinars, paid campaigns, gated content, and ABM – Optimize conversion rates through A/B testing and continuous improvement – Track and report on MQLs, SQLs, pipeline contribution, and ROI
  • Content, Digital & Brand – Oversee creation of content including blogs, case studies, whitepapers, landing pages, and sales assets – Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels – Manage website updates, SEO, CRO, and paid media (search, social, display) – Monitor analytics dashboards and deliver actionable insights – Leverage AI and automation tools to improve speed, scale, and performance
  • Product, Customer & Field Marketing – Partner with Product on positioning, messaging, and go-to-market launches – Develop customer stories, testimonials, and advocacy programs – Support retention, upsell, and cross-sell initiatives – Plan and execute trade shows, webinars, customer events, partner programs, and sponsorships – Own event logistics, lead capture, and ROI reporting

 

What You Bring

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
  • 4–7 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in technology or networking
  • Proven success running multi-channel demand generation programs
  • Experience with events, trade shows, and field marketing
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing automation and CRM tools (HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce)
  • Excellent communication, writing, and project management skills
  • Ability to think strategically while executing hands-on
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Willingness to travel as needed

 

Preferred

    • Experience with ABM platforms (HubSpot, Demandbase, 6sense)
    • Background in content marketing or digital performance marketing
    • Familiarity with Google Analytics, SEM platforms, CMS systems, and design tools
