Tom Starr serves as ITU-T WP1/15 Chairman, developing broadband access standards for fiber, DSL, and home networks. Mr. Starr worked on broadband network standards and technology at AT&T for 44 years. He is a distinguished fellow and chairman emeritus of the Broadband Forum. Mr. Starr is co-author of three books on broadband access technologies and fiction novels.
