Actelis Networks Names Tuvia Barlev, Current Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder, as Chairman of the Board
FREMONT, Calif., November 24, 2009 - Actelis Networks®, the leading global supplier of Ethernet over bonded copper solutions, today announced that current board member and longtime Chief Executive Officer Tuvia Barlev has been elected Chairman of the Board, effective immediately. Mr. Barlev will now hold the title of Chairman and CEO of Actelis Networks. Former chairman, Kamran Elahian, will remain as a director on the Actelis board. Elahian co-founded Actelis with Mr. Barlev in 1998.
