23 May 2005 - Telekom Slovenije, in partnership with Masterline, has deployed
the Actelis Networks® Inc. MetaLIGHT® platforms to backhaul 3G cellular
base stations. Actelis is a worldwide leader in delivering broadband over
copper solutions that enable profitable, carrier-grade, broadband services
using the existing copper infrastructure.

Telekom Slovenije is using Actelis’ MetaLIGHT platforms to provide
high quality bandwidth to connect 3G cellular base stations (Node-B) that
are reachable only by copper, delivering high quality bandwidth to the
radio network controller (RNC). Telekom Slovenije delivers those services
for Mobitel, its cellular subsidiary.

successfully implemented into Telekom Slovenije’s network and will
continue to answer rising customer demands with the MetaLIGHT portfolio
of products.
