Actelis’ MetaLIGHT Solution Supports Operational and Tactical
Deployments
WASHINGTON, DC, May 2005 – Actelis Networks® Inc., a worldwide leader delivering broadband over

copper, today announced that it is exhibiting at the one of the largest
C4I conferences and expositions at the Washington Convention Center, May
17 to 19. TechNet International features exhibits from more than 250 technology
leaders and discussions by leading military experts. The MetaLIGHT® Ethernet-over-Copper
(EoC) platforms will be demonstrated in Booth 1003.
Actelis’ MetaLIGHT products are currently deployed within the military
infrastructure. The applications being utilized with the MetaLIGHT platforms
include email, VTC, Web Cam, Voice Over IP, IP Video Surveillance, FTP, and
building to building 67 Mbps Data Transport. Some of these applications are
also in the form of a Tactical Deployment Package. A few of the overseas
deployment areas include The Green Zone (Iraq), U.S. Army (Mannheim, Illeshiem,
Kaiserslautern, Miesau, Landstuhl, and Wurzburg in Germany), KFORCE Kosovo,
SHAPE Belgium, and SPAWAR. Other Military sites are located in the United
States such as Fort Lewis, Washington; Fort Huachuca , Arizona; Fort Hood,
Texas; Minot Air Force Base, North Dakota; Vandenburg Air Force Base, California;
Los Angeles Air Force Base, California; and SPAWAR CONUS.
